We know what it’s like. Arriving at your holiday accommodation should be an exciting time but all too often it can be slow and stressful after a day of travelling. That’s why we have created a large new Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception with a dedicated team ready and raring to check-in and check-out guests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Park up, pop in and we’ll help your holiday start on the right note. Open 24 hours a day, this is also the place to arrange a porter service or luggage storage before you depart.

Fancy booking a table at one of our restaurants, or a VIP Package on one of our Balinese Beds for a special occasion? Our new Guest Service Centre, located next to Sam’s Pantry, is the place to go during your stay for any onsite reservations and day-to-day enquiries. The dedicated guest service team are there to help make your stay as easy and memorable as possible, from providing information on the Resort and local area to booking excursions, taxis and car hire or simply replacing lost key cards. The new centre is open daily from 8am to 10pm.
